Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") ("ACE LR"), the Board of Directors of PLHB ("the Board") wishes to announce that PLHB's subsidiary companies, in the ordinary course of their business, have entered into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("RRPTs"), where the total value of the RRPTs for the period from 7 March 2026 to 14 March 2026 and the percentage ratio have exceeded 1% of the consolidated net assets attributable to owners of the Company as at 30 September 2025.
