We refer to our announcement dated 30 October 2025 in relation to the resignation of Messrs. HLB Ler Lum Chew PLT as Auditors of the Company for the financial period ended 30 June 2026.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 March 2026 appointed Messrs. UHY Malaysia PLT as the Auditors of the Company for the financial period ended 30 June 2026, having received their consent letter to act as auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 dated 2 March 2026 on 16 March 2026.
