The Company wishes to announce that the above matter was fixed for trial today, 16 March 2026, before the learned High Court Judicial Commissioner Dato' Muhammad Adam @ Edward bin Abdullah.

The examination-in-chief, cross-examination and re-examination of the Plaintiff's witness, Encik Mohd Fazillah bin Kamaruddin and the Defendant's witness, Encik Zulkarnin bin Ariffin had completed today.

Further, the Court gave the following directions during the trial :-

1. Plaintiff to file written submissions on or before 15 April 2026;

2. Defendant to file written submissions in reply on or before 15 May 2026;

3. Plaintiff to file written submissions in reply on or before 29 May 2026; and

4. Hearing is fixed on 12 June 2026 at 9.00 a.m. by Zoom for any oral clarification and for the Court to fix a date for decision.
