Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 31 October 2025 and 19 December 2025 in relation to the Company's Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC(SOA)-26-10/2025 filed under Sections 366 and 368 of the Companies Act 2016 (the "Originating Summons"). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur has on 16 March 2026 granted in favour of the Company:

a) a convening order up to 16 July 2026 pursuant to Section 366(1) of the Act;

b) a restraining order for an initial 3 months period until 18 March 2026 pursuant to Section 368(1) of the Act; and

c) an extension to the restraining order from 18 March 2026 until 16 September 2026 pursuant to Section 368(2) of the Act.
