The Board of Directors of Paramount Corporation Berhad (the Company) wishes to announce that Meridian Kuasa Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202501058388 (1659794-K)), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has, on this 18 March 2026, entered into a sale and purchase agreement (Agreement) with IOI Properties Berhad (Registration No. 197501004070 (25787-H)) (IOIPB) for the proposed acquisition of all that piece of freehold commercial land held under Geran 80494, No. Lot 20009, Seksyen 89A, Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur and measuring approximately 14,974 square meters from IOIPB at a total cash consideration of RM257,888,218.00 and upon such terms and conditions as contained in the Agreement.
