Reference is made to the announcements dated 30 October 2024, 26 December 2024, 23 January 2025, 27 January 2025, 26 June 2025, 26 August 2025, 30 October 2025 and 26 December 2025 as well as the circular to the shareholders dated 24 January 2025 in relation to the Proposals ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, all terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

 

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the payment of the balance Purchase Consideration of RM207,482,751 had been made on 18 March 2026. Pursuant thereto, the Acquisition had been completed on the even date.
