JCY International Berhad ("JCY") - Offer of Options under the Executives' Shares Option Scheme ("ESOS")
We refer to the ESOS which was approved by the shareholders of JCY at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 27 February 2018, the proposed allocation of ESOS to Mr. Gouw Kim San approved by the shareholders of JCY at Sixteenth Annual General Meeting held on 24 February 2022 and the proposed allocation of ESOS to Mr. Yeoh Sai Kong, Mr. Ho Tat Heng, Mr. Lai Kuan Loong, Victor and Ms. Wong Ling Yah approved by the shareholders of JCY at Nineteenth Annual General Meeting held on 25 February 2025.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, JCY wishes to announce that the options offered under the ESOS are as follows:-
