The Board of Directors of Bintai wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn. Bhd. ("KBK"), had on 18 March 2026 accepted two sub-contract awards from IED Construction Sdn. Bhd. for the Mechanical and Electrical ("M&E") works and drainage works in relation to the development of eight (8) factory units at Golden Valley Hi-Tech Park in Kulai, Johor for Golden Valley Capital Sdn. Bhd. ("Projects"), as follows:

1. Mechanical and Electrical ("M&E") works for eight (8) factory units, for a total sub-contract sum of RM17.93 million; and

2. Drainage works for the same development, for a total sub-contract sum of RM7.74 million.

The commencement date for both sub-contracts is 24 March 2026. The M&E works are expected to be completed within eight (8) months, whilst the drainage works are expected to be completed within six (6) months.

The Projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Bintai Group for the following three (3) quarters.

The Company does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational and business risks associated with the Projects.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Bintai or persons connected with them have any direct or indirect interest in the sub-contracts.
