Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. ("CMRM" or the "Company"), the manager of CLMT, wishes to announce that the Company has given notice in relation to its dealing in units of CLMT outside closed period, details as set out in the table below:

  2. The percentage of issued Units is based on the total issued units of 3,331,275,483 as at 13 March 2026.
