The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Sern Kou Resources Berhad ("SKRB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Souncern Timber Sdn. Bhd. ("ST" or "the Vendor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SKRB, had on 18 March 2026 entered into Sale and Purchase Agreements ("SPA") with Leong Hup Agrobusiness Sdn. Bhd. ("LHASB" or "the Purchaser") to dispose two (2) contiguous parcels of industrial land held under Geran Mukim 1806, Lot 1052 & Geran Mukim 2606, Lot 11652, Mukim of Serom, District of Tangkak, State of Johor Darul Takzim, with temporary structures erected on the land to be maintained, at the option of the Purchaser, on vacant possession ("the Property"), for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Three Million Nine Hundred and Seventy Thousand only (RM3,970,000.00) ("Disposal Consideration"), subject to the terms and conditions contained in the SPA.
