The Board of Directors of GDB ("Board" or "the Company") wishes to announce that GDB Infra Sdn. Bhd. ("GDBISB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 18 March 2026 accepted a sub-contract agreement dated 18 March 2026 from Pembinaan JBS Sdn. Bhd., for the acceptance and appointment of GDBISB as the Sub-Contractor for the construction and completion of supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the Proposed New Song Water Treatment Plant, Kapit Division, Sarawak, for a sub-contract sum of RM115,520,771.20 only (the "Sub-Contract").
