Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviation and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements dated 16 October 2025, 31 October 2025 and 7 January 2026.

The Company wishes to announce that on 17 March 2026, Yang Arif Tuan Wan Muhammad Amin bin Wan Yahya delivered the Honourable Court's decision as follows:

• Plaintiff's Enclosure 17 application is dismissed with costs of RM5,000 payable to the 1st Defendant and another RM5,000.00 the 2nd Defendant;
• His Lordship is of the view that the matter is unsuitable to be summarily disposed by way of Order 14A, as it involves both legal and factual issues, including the validity, enforceability, and operation of the Agreements, as well as the understanding of parties surrounding the payments and/or undertakings.

His Lordship has also directed parties to comply with the pre-trial directions which include amongst others, the filing of bundle of pleadings, common bundle of documents, issues to be tried, agreed facts, and others. 

A case management is also scheduled on 29 April 2026 for parties to update the Court on the prospect of mediation and the compliance with pre-trial directions.
