Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 13 February 2026 ("Announcement") in relation to the Entitlement for the First Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 0.5 sen per share for the Financial Year Ending 30 June 2026 ("First Interim Dividend Entitlement"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcement.

The Company wishes to announce that following the closure of Bursa Malaysia in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri on 20 March 2026 announced by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 March 2026, the dividend payments scheduled for 20 March 2026 will still remain on the same date and will be credited as follows:

1)           Dividend payments to shareholders with Maybank (Malayan Banking Berhad) bank accounts will be credited on 20 March 2026; and

2)           Dividend payments to shareholders with bank accounts other than Maybank will be credited on the next working day, being 24 March 2026.
