Reference is made to the Company's latest announcement dated 30 March 2024 ("Previous Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Previous Announcements.

The Board of Directors of BKCB wish to inform that its wholly-owned subsidiary, OPM has on 17 March 2026 received a request from UIMB for an extension of the deadline stipulated under paragraph 2(b) of the EISP dated on 30 October 2024, from 31 March 2026 to 31 May 2026.

After due consideration, the Company has agreed to the request strictly on a goodwill basis.

The company wishes to emphasize that the granting of this extension shall not be deemed or construed as a waiver of any of its rights, terms, or covenants under the EISP. The Company expressly reserves all its rights to enforce the terms of the EISP as accepted via UIMB's letter dated 30 October 2024, including the right to require strict compliance with all terms and conditions contained therein.

The Company will make further announcement as and when there are material developments.
