[Registration No.: 200601028524 (748280-M)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teamstar, had on 19 March 2026, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Vibrant Galaxy Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 202101001097 (1401395-M)] for the acquisition of a unit of Semi-Detached Factory (Type A3) identified as Lot No. 10 measuring approximately 14,522 square feet in a development known as Lake 6 Entrepreneurs' Park II, which is situated on part of the land held under titles HSD 31982 - 32105, PT 45378 - 45501,  HSD 32106 - 32124, PT 45502 - 45520, Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor, erected on a 99-year leasehold land expiring on 11 October 2122 held under HSD 61091 No PT 73078, Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor with the postal address of 20, Jalan MJ 17, Taman Meranti Jaya, 47100 Puchong, Selangor with all existing fixtures and fittings on an as is where is basis condition for a total cash consideration of RM7,380,000.00.
