= Number of ARMADA-C1F x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)

= Number of ARMADA-C1F x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 0.3369 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the ARMADA Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and ARMADA-C1F shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of ARMADA-C1F shall terminate absolutely.
