The Board of Directors of GUH Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to inform that its wholly-owned subsidiary, GUH Properties Sdn. Bhd. ("GUH Properties") together with the Company (collectively, "the Group") has identified two defamatory posts published on Facebook by a third party on 16 March 2026 and 17 March 2026 ("Defamatory Posts"). The Group denies the allegations and has taken action to protect its reputation. Detailed announcement is set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 24 March 2026.
