Bonus issue of 170,325,271 new ordinary shares in RedPlanet Berhad ("RedPlanet Share(s)" or "Share(s)") ("Bonus Share(s)") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 1 existing RedPlanet Share held at 5.00 p.m. on 1 April 2026

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "[EX-BONUS ISSUE]" as from: 31 Mar 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 01 Apr 2026

3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-        
         a) Selling Broker to deduct  <1/2>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
         b) Buying Broker to deduct <50.0%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
         c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <1/2>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks 1: 
Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 01 Apr 2026 with bonus issue of RPLANET shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive RPLANET bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his RPLANET shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (31 Mar 2026).

For example, if Mr X purchases 100 RPLANET shares on cum basis on 30 Mar 2026, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 01 Apr 2026. As a result of the bonus issue, an additional of 100 RPLANET shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 01 Apr 2026 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell a total of 200 RPLANET shares on or after the Ex-Date i.e. from 31 Mar 2026 onwards.

Remarks 2: 
Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares was obtained on 8 October 2025. Shareholders' approval for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 10 November 2025. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities Berhad on 2 April 2026, being the next market day after the entitlement date.

The Share Registrar of RedPlanet Berhad will issue and despatch the notice of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of RedPlanet Berhad at the address as per the Record of Depositors within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
