On behalf of the Board, OCK wishes to announce that the Entitlement Date for the Restricted Offering to the Entitled Shareholders of OCK has been fixed on 15 April 2026.

The Entitled Shareholders of OCK are also reminded to ensure that their personal information in respect of their CDS accounts are up-to-date. This is important as the application form in relation to the entitlement to the Entitled Shareholders of OCK and the Prospectus will be distributed to all Entitled Shareholders of OCK. The printed copies of the Prospectus are available upon request and at no cost to the Entitled Shareholders of OCK. The Entitled Shareholders of OCK will be given an option to have a printed Prospectus delivered to them, or to obtain the printed Prospectus from the designated locations to be disclosed in the Prospectus. In addition, the Prospectus can also be viewed or downloaded from Bursa Securities' website from the first day of the issuance of the Prospectus.
