All defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 26 March 2026 issued by Golden Destinations Group Berhad ("GD").

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 26 March 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 6 April 2026.

In the event there is any change to this timetable, GD will advertise the notice of changes in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers within Malaysia, and make an announcement of such changes on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website accordingly.
