Dato' Indera Lim Keong Hui has a deemed interest in the Genting Malaysia Berhad shares acquired by GENT by virtue of him being a beneficiary of a discretionary trust ("the Discretionary Trust") of which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd ("PMSB") is the trustee. PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust owns 100% of the voting shares of Kien Huat International Limited which in turn owns 100% of the voting shares of Kien Huat Realty Sdn Berhad. Kien Huat Realty Sdn Berhad owns more than 20% of the voting shares of GENT.
