The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the abridged prospectus of Palette dated 27 February 2013 in relation to the Rights Issue of Warrants.
Each Warrant entitles the registered holder to subscribe for one (1) new Palette Share at any time during the Exercise Period at the Exercise Price subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll.
Any Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will lapse and thereafter cease be valid for any purpose.
