We wish to announce that AXIATA-C1T has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 March 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of AXIATA-C1T x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of AXIATA-C1T x (RM2.2860 - RM2.6200) x (1/3)
= Number of AXIATA-C1T x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM2.2860 was determined based on the average closing price of the AXIATA Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised AXIATA-C1T will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to AXIATA-C1T shall terminate absolutely.
