We wish to announce that IJM-C1M has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 March 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:

= Number of IJM-C1M x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)

= Number of IJM-C1M x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM2.4060 was determined based on the average closing price of the IJM Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised IJM-C1M will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to IJM-C1M shall terminate absolutely.
