We wish to announce that ARMADA-C1H has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 March 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of ARMADA-C1H x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of ARMADA-C1H x (RM0.3240 - RM0.4800) x (1/2)
= Number of ARMADA-C1H x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.3240 was determined based on the average closing price of the ARMADA Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised ARMADA-C1H will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to ARMADA-C1H shall terminate absolutely.
