The Closing Level of 24,668.00 was determined based on the final settlement price for settling the corresponding spot-month index futures contracts on the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is lower than HSI-CWKF's Exercise Level of 25,750.00, holders of HSI-CWKF will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HSI-CWKF will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of HSI-CWKF shall terminate absolutely.
