The Closing Level of 24,668.00 was determined based on the final settlement price for settling the corresponding spot-month index futures contracts on the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is lower than HSI-CWK1's Exercise Level of 27,000.00, holders of HSI-CWK1 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HSI-CWK1 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of HSI-CWK1 shall terminate absolutely.
