The Closing Price of RM0.2760 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of SUPERMX shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than SUPERMX-C5G's Exercise Price of RM0.50, holders of SUPERMX-C5G will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SUPERMX-C5G will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of SUPERMX-C5G shall terminate absolutely.
