The Closing Price of RM1.0697 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of AEON shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than AEON-C44's Exercise Price of RM1.35, holders of AEON-C44 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised AEON-C44 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the AEON-C44 shall terminate absolutely.
