Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Keyfield wishes to announce that on 31 March 2026, Keyfield Resolute Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keyfield has entered into a shipbuilding contract with Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding Ltd. and Fujian Funing Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. for the shipbuilding of a New DP2 AHTS with diesel-electric engine for a contract price of USD18.0 million (equivalent to RM72.5 million at the exchange rate of USD1:RM4.0285, the middle rate as at 30 March 2026 5.00 p.m., as quoted by Bank Negara Malaysia).
