The Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has approved the Company's request for suspension of trading of all the Company's shares with effect from 12:07 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 1 April 2026, pending the release of an announcement on the material transaction.

The request for suspension is made under paragraph 3.1(a) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
