Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 28 and 29 October 2025 in relation to the Kuala Lumpur High Court Originating Summons No.: WA-24NCC-615-10/2025 ("OS").

Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.

We refer to the OS filed by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa") against MAAG ("1st Defendant"), CIMSEC Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd ("2nd Defendant"), KNM Group Berhad ("3rd Defendant" or "KNM") and KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd ("4th Defendant" or "KNMPS") wherein a case management was conducted on 31 March 2026.

The Company's solicitors have today informed on the outcome of the case management whereby the hearing of the OS has been scheduled to be held before the Judicial Commissioner at the Kuala Lumpur High Court on 14 April 2026.

Further developments on the OS will be announced in due course.
