Further to the Company's announcements made on 5 January 2026, the Board of Directors of Glomac Berhad ("Company") wishes to inform that Glomac Al Batha Sdn. Bhd. ("Glomac Al Batha"), a subsidiary of the Company, had on 1 April 2026 entered into a Deed of Novation with Sunway Kiara Sdn. Bhd. ("Sunway Kiara") and Sunway Puchong Sdn. Bhd ("Sunway Puchong").
Pursuant to the Deed of Novation, Sunway Puchong shall assume all the rights, obligations, and liabilities of Sunway Kiara under the Sale and Purchase Agreements previously executed between Glomac Al Batha and Sunway Kiara, and Sunway Kiara shall be released from the same, with effect from the date of the Deed of Novation.
Accordingly, the Sale and Purchase Agreements executed with Sunway Kiara shall be novated toSunway Puchong upon the terms and conditions set out in the Deed of Novation.
