Encik Mohamad Tirmizi bin Ishak graduated from the University of Nottingham United Kingdom with a Bachelors of Science with Honours in Management in 2017.

Between 2018 and 2021, Tirmizi served as Relationship Manager of Malayan Banking Berhad, where he worked in the consumer financial services department. He was responsible in cultivating and managing high-value client relationships, overseeing financial assets exceeding RM300 million. During this period, he oversaw in generating substantial revenue through strategic investment initiatives, fostering stakeholder relationships and minimizing operational risks.

He was nominated for the Best Young Banker in 2018 and earned several qualifications such as the Investor Protection Professional Certification from Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, the Computerised Unit Trust Examination from Federation of Investments Managers Malaysia, and the Certificate Examination in Investment-Linked Life Insurance from Malaysian Insurance Institute. He was also a Registered Financial Planner for Module 1 and 2 accredited by Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.

Following his departure from the banking sector, Tirmizi transitioned fully into business and spent the past five (5) years in various management and executive roles in different industries and companies, including food and beverage, property development, various technology-based startups and private investment companies. He is actively involved in multiple entrepreneurial and commercial ventures and his roles covers corporate finance, governance, business development, asset management, strategy management, credit control, accounting, technology and innovation.
