The Board of Directors ("The Board") of EG Industries Berhad ("EGIB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has, on 27 March 2026, completed the acquisition of additional 80,000,000 ordinary shares in N.D. Rubber Public Company Limited ("NDR"), representing 17.51% of the NDR's total issued and paid up shares, at the offering price of THB1.50 per share through the voluntary partial tender offer ("PTO") from the existing shareholders of NDR (the "Transaction").

This is a voluntary announcement made pursuant to Paragraph 10.05(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
