(I)	ACQUISITION OF SEPANG LANDS;
(II)	ACQUISITION OF KS LAND; AND
(III)	ACQUISITION OF KWSB

(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "ACQUISITIONS")

We refer to the announcements dated 11 August 2025, 22 December 2025, 7 January 2026, 10 February 2026, 24 February 2026 and 1 April 2026 in relation to the Acquisitions ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that NWSB and NSSB have, on 6 April 2026, mutually agreed to extend the SPA 1 Completion Period (as defined in the SPA 1) for an additional three (3) calendar months up to 6 July 2026, in relation to the Acquisition of Sepang Lands.
