The Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Deed Poll dated 30 March 2021 constituting the Warrants A 2021/2026 ("Warrants"), the exercise of rights of the Warrants to subscribe at RM0.08 for one (1) new ordinary share in the Company for each Warrant held will expire at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 6 May 2026 ("Expiry Date").

Warrants Holders should note that all remaining Warrants that are not exercised by the Expiry Date shall lapse and become null and void and shall cease to be exercisable thereafter.

Accordingly, all Warrants will be removed from the official list of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 7 May 2026. 

The trading of Warrants on Bursa Securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 20 April 2026 until the Expiry Date. Hence, the last day and time for trading of the Warrants will be 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 17 April 2026.

Warrants Holders who intend to exercise their Warrants are advised to submit the duly completed and signed Exercise Form for Warrants together with the requisite remittance to the Company's Share Registrar, Aldpro Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. at B-21-1, Level 21, Tower B, Northpoint Mid Valley City, No. 1, Medan Syed Putra Utara, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia not later than 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date.

The Notice to Warrants Holders in relation to the Expiry and Last Date for Exercise of Warrants was sent to Warrant Holders on 3 April 2026. The Notice and Exercise Forms are also available for access and download on the Company's website at www.hhrg.com.my
