The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Share Buy-Back at the forthcoming 56th Annual General Meeting.

A Statement to Shareholders in relation to the above will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
