Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Genting Plantations Berhad ("GENP" or "Company") wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by GENP's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Jaya Capital Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 31 March 2026.
