The Board of Directors of LSH Capital ("Board") wishes to announce that LSH BEST Builders Sdn. Bhd. ("LSHBB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LSH Capital, had on 7 April 2026:

(i) entered into a BEST Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Knusford Construction Sdn. Bhd. ("KNCSB") in relation to the project known as "Projek Menaiktaraf Jalan FR03 Dari Persimpangan Jabor-Jerangau ke Persimpangan Sg. Ular, Kuantan, Pahang (Pakej 2 : Persimpangan Bertingkat Jaborjerangau ke Persimpangan Pelabuhan Kuantan, Pahang)" ("Project") ("BEST Collaboration Agreement"); and

(ii) accepted a provisional Sub-Contract award from KNCSB in respect of certain work scopes under the Project ("Sub-Contract").

The BEST Collaboration Agreement and the Sub-Contract are undertaken in the ordinary course of business of LSHBB and are aligned with the business activities of LSH Capital and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group"), which include the provision of construction-related services and solutions under its BEST Collaboration Framework.

In view of the interests of certain directors and major shareholders of LSH Capital in the BEST Collaboration and in the Sub-Contract as set out in Section 9 of this Announcement, the BEST Collaboration and the Sub-Contract are deemed related party transactions pursuant to Rule 10.08 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
