XINQUAN - REPRIMAND BY SECURITIES COMMISSION MALAYSIA

Please be advised that the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) had on 29 March 2019 reprimanded  Xingquan International Sports Holdings Limited  and its directors for various breaches of securities laws.
