On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 April 2026 submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities' approval for an extension of time of 6 months from 28 April 2026 up to 27 October 2026 for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
