On behalf of the Board of Directors of DutaLand Berhad ("DutaLand" or the "Company") ("Board"), RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that KH Estates Sdn Bhd ("KHE"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 14 April 2026 entered into an agreement for the proposed termination of the following:

(i) Consortium agreement dated 14 February 2003 entered into between KHE and Olympia Properties Sdn Bhd ("OPSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Olympia Industries Berhad; and

(ii) Development agreement dated 10 August 2007 entered into between KHE, OPSB and KH Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KHE,

(collectively referred to as the "Proposed Termination").

Further details of the Proposed Termination are set out in the enclosed attachment.
