The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the irredeemable convertible preference share (“ICPS”) holders’ approval for the proposed adoption of the new Constitution of the Company in place of the Company’s existing Memorandum and Articles of Association at an extraordinary general meeting to be convened by the Company.
A circular in relation to the above proposal will be issued to the ICPS holders in due course.
