OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER THE EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")

1. INTRODUCTION
The ESOS which was implemented by the Company on 25 September 2025 refers.
Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of PTB wishes to announce that the Company has on 18 March 2026, offered a total of 6,314,800 units of ESOS Options to the eligible Directors and employees of the Group to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the ESOS.
