We refer to the announcements dated 11 November 2025 and 12 January 2026 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 20 April 2026 received a notice dated 17 April 2026 issued by the Registrar of Companies confirming the reduction of share capital. Accordingly, the Share Capital Reduction is effective as at 17 April 2026.

Following the completion of the Share Capital Reduction, the issued share capital of the Company as at 17 April 2026 is RM17.90 million comprising 1,256,486,718 Shares.
