We refer to the announcements dated 31 July 2025, 4 August 2025, 8 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 29 September 2025, 22 October 2025, 26 November 2025, 14 January 2026, 12 March 2026, 16 March 2026, 17 March 2026, 1 April 2026 and 10 April 2026 in relation to the SCR and Variation. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 21 April 2026, informed that the entire issued share capital of PinePac will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 24 April 2026 pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
