Reference is made to the announcements dated 22 July 2025 and 21 January 2026 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into by Kum Fatt Engineering Sdn. Bhd. and Konnection Engineering Pte Ltd, both wholly-owned subsidiary of UUE Holdings Berhad with ASEAN CABLESHIP PTE LTD (UEN. 198600412M) ("ACPL") for the purpose of collaboration with one another to explore a suitable joint venture arrangement for undertaking, developing and delivering horizontal directional drilling solutions for marine (offshore) clients and projects.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the MOU entered with ACPL had expired on 21 April 2026 pursuant to the terms of the MOU. The parties concurred it is in their respective interest to end the MOU after an in-depth study of the collaboration.

Following the expiry of the MOU, neither party has any further obligations in relation to the MOU and its expiry will not have any material impact on the Company and its subsidiaries. The parties look forward to future opportunities to collaborate.
