The Board of Directors of Pan Merchant wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for Proposed Shareholders' Ratification and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

A Circular to Shareholders detailing the above will be despatched to the shareholders together with the Company's 2025 Annual Report in due course.
