PROPOSED ACQUISITION BY ABB OF THE ENTIRE EQUITY INTEREST IN PHEIM ASSET MANAGEMENT SDN BHD ("PHEIM AM") FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM50.0 MILLION ("PROPOSED ACQUISITION")

Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as the announcement of the Company dated 20 November 2025.

 

Reference is made to the announcements dated 20 November 2025, 3 April 2026 and 13 April 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

 

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition was completed on 22 April 2026 pursuant to the terms and conditions as set out in the SPA.

 

Following the completion of the Proposed Acquisition, Pheim AM has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABB.
